There
very well may be some truth to that saying and I do believe
based on my own experiences, certain photos, images or
"ICONS" may be soothing for the mind and perhaps facilitate
the learning process. To
that end, we plan to share a series of selected
"Motivational
ICONS" that we believe to have a learning message
about them. (more
info) These
"ICONS" are FREE
to download, use as wallpaper to print and display or to forward to others as you
choose to send a friendly message.

human beings, "everyone is special" and we all need to
see and "celebrate our differences". Doing
so on a regular basis will help in bridging our cultures to a
common vision; to stop the arguing over petty small stuff; and
allow us all to move forward to make the world a better place to
live. Learn to Live the Talk ! Dr.
Deming's 14 Obligations of Management Dr. W. Edwards Deming published his 14 Obligations of Management in which his 10th. point was to "Eliminate slogans, exhortations for the workforce". In this, he meant that management should not put slogans on the wall of the office that make statements of goals and objectives that the workforce is NOT able to achieve with the current work process. Our Motivational Icons are NOT meant to be exhortations (language intended to incite and encourage); rather, our ICONS are intended to be "food for thought" to create analysis and creativity on how identify the root causes "Red Beads" and then to improve the processes which should result in greater worker and customer satisfaction and quality. back
